I used to prepare the immunity drink when I felt irritation or pain in my throat, had a cold, and cough. When you drink this miracle drink it provides immunity. When you have all the ingredients you can prepare at home itself.  It’s easy to prepare.  The ingredients were also easily available. 
 This immunity drink enhances digestion since ginger is used. Adding cinnamon controls your blood sugar and helps lose weight. 
Old people, and senior citizens, adults who want to boost their immunity can prepare this immunity drink.   To live healthy take advice from health care professionals and consume this miracle drink. If you are diabetic consult your health care professional for the best advice. 

Preparation for 2 persons

Ingredients required :
Cloves – 4
Ginger -small pieces
turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
salt -1/4 teaspoon or
Honey – 1/4 teaspoon
lemon peels -half-sliced lemon [ take the juice to keep it separate]
cinnamon – small bark {optional}

How to prepare:
Take 3 cups of water, and add the above ingredients. Let it boil for 5 – 10 minutes. Filter it. Add the lemon juice. Drink it. Cloves and cinnamon have mild spiciness, and the taste of lemon is awesome.!!!

If you need you can add cinnamon. However cinnamon makes your body overheat.
