Carrots, soaked almonds, Cardamom, Raisins, and dates.

Peel the carrot’s skin. (2 or 3) Soak the almonds for one hour. Peel the skin of the almonds. Add raisins, and cardamom powder and remove the seeds from the dates. Grind it nicely. Add water. The energy drink can be consumed without sugar, as the dates and carrots give it sweetness. If required, you can add milk. But if you are vegan, then avoid the milk.
