Required Ingredients for the Energy Drink:
Carrots [ 2 or 3], 10 soaked almonds, Cardamom, Raisins, and dates.
How to Prepare:
Time Taken:5 minutes
Peel the carrot’s skin. (2 or 3) Soak the almonds for one hour. Peel the skin of the almonds. Add raisins, and cardamom powder and remove the seeds from the dates. Grind it nicely. Add water. Heat it for a few seconds. The energy drink can be consumed without sugar, as the dates and carrots give it sweetness. If required, you can add milk. But if you are vegan, then avoid the milk.
The Energy drink is delicious and an energy booster.

Two months back, I had a low temperature and was full of weakness. I was not doing any work due to weakness. Then, I started to drink which gave me energy within a few hours. I named it an Energy drink.

Ingredients Required:
Red Banana -1 or 2
Almonds – 7 or 10
Raisins – 10
Add red banana, almonds, raisins, and jaggery (optional) as per your taste in a blender. Add a little milk or water and drink this energy drink. I drink in the morning when I skip my breakfast or dinner. If you are diabetic, then you need not add jaggery. Raisin gives sweetness to the drink.
If you like the taste of jaggery then you can add it.
It is fulfilling and keeps me fresh and energetic.
