It is mandatory to follow the 3 C’s in your life. Then your life will be stress-free.
Concentration:
The first lesson we should learn in childhood is concentration. Your teachers or guides will always emphasize the importance of focusing.
It is not only when we are in the classroom but also everywhere. Whatever work we do, we must concentrate on that work alone.
Never wander your thoughts or vision somewhere. Then the fault is on us. Any work done with full concentration brings satisfaction and success. It will only please us if we concentrate on it and dedicate ourselves to it. This is something you could have experienced in your life.
One of my friends, who must care for her old and ailing mother-in-law, was always stressed. I advised her to concentrate on her work, take a deep breath every 15 seconds, and focus on the job. That helped her overcome the stress.
Confident
Confidence is a man’s life. Without confidence, any individual cannot achieve his goals in his lifetime. Life is always challenging. It is not a bed of roses. When you develop confidence in yourself, you can overcome the challenges in life.
In any tough situation, we must be confident to face the challenges. Confidence should be our life motto. India is a traditional country. In the olden days, many young ladies lost their partners either in war, disease, or abandoned due to family problems, poor communication, and poor transport systems. The ladies with full confidence grew up their children, provided education, and made them good citizens. The ladies, do not have education or work, to earn money, they toiled day and night to up-bring their families by cooking or doing household chores. That is the spirit of ladies.
Escaping from problems or obstacles is not an intelligent idea. Always tackling obstacles is the smart way to lead a life. In this tech life, many people do suicide to escape from the problem. But it is not a wise idea.
How to develop that confidence is the big question. Developing a strong mind and willpower is paramount.
1) Depend on Almighty. Believe philosophy.
2) Find smart ways to overcome it. Schedule a strategy, Based on that strategy develop ideas to face it.
3) Identify your strengths and weaknesses of yourself.
4) Take a list of your skills, accomplishments, and positive qualities.
5) Set small goals to achieve success. Learn to provide compliments for yourself or celebrate with your family, and friends even if it is a small success.
6) Learn to self-talk. For example, “Yes, you can achieve it. ” or “You are born to win” develops confidence within yourself.
7)Avoid surrounding yourself with negative people those who criticize or belittle your failures. Think of them as weeds and disregard them.
8) Begin keeping a journal. Write about your progress and achievements regularly. This practice builds confidence.
Clarity
Many individuals lack clarity in thinking and speech. You may not be aware of what you require in your life. What is the goal to achieve or how to achieve it?
Human beings often think that if their food, shelter, and basic needs are satisfied, their lives will be content.
1) If you learn to have clarity in the goals then you can plan your success.
2) It is mandatory to have a mentor or guide who must be your well-wisher too.
